Faculty Opportunities- United Sorghum Checkoff Program

The Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Collaborative Research on Sorghum and Millet (SMIL) is a global hub of cutting-edge research along the sorghum and pearl millet value chains. Focused on increasing the resiliency of small-scale producers in the face of climate change, the SMIL links U.S. and international universities and research organizations in a collaborative effort to make sorghum and pearl millet the crops of the future.

*Seeks Pre-Proposals in Strategic Program Areas – Crop Improvement, Renewables, High Value Markets*

 

This opportunity was shared with the Sorghum and Millet Innovation Lab by USAID Feed the Future and the United Sorghum Checkoff Program.

 

At this time, the United Sorghum Checkoff Program (USCP) is soliciting pre-proposals for targeted research and education. The goal of this RFP is to /“Further Enhance the Opportunities for Sorghum Producers through Specific Projects and/or Education that will INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY, DEMAND and/or VALUE”./

 

*PRE-PROPOSALS ARE DUE: 8:00 a.m. (Central Time) May 8th, 2015*. Send pre-proposals to proposals@sorghumcheckoff.com. Pre-proposals not received at this site will not be evaluated.
